Old, now NEW!

This toy came from a garage sale and is a Huge it at our house. The simplest toys are sometimes the best.

(Don't mind the awful wall. We are still working on the wallpaper removal and the kitchen is the WORST!)

Swing-tastic!

We headed to the park for FHE. Max is in his element at the park; why you ask...well: He can pretty much roam and run wherever he wishes, he LOVES to be outside, as well as people and his freedom. The weather was great (not according to Clu - it would have to be 50 degrees and then he would be happy) and it wore the little critter out.
A ride home in the wagon + a sucker (for FHE treats) made for a happy little Max
P.S. We love, lOve, LOVE this wagon! Max received it as a gift and has put it to good use since. We would highly reccomend it!

All by myself

Max is sure that he should be feeding himself.

There is a huge mess left, but don't worry, the mess all over his bib he will lick off.

Puppy Love

Max loves Coco and Dodger. While we were in SG he would wake up and say "dodg" and go looking for the dogs. They kept giving him kisses. He loved it and was reciprocating the gesture.

Forget the plastic

Max wants the REAL clubs! He loves to pull out Clu's clubs and swing them around. I think he might be ready to hit the sticks (said with sarcasm). Clu is forever putting his clubs back in the bag because Max has pulled them out.

Sous-Chef

I now have a side kick while making dinner. Max used to stand by my feet and push me a way from the counter while I made dinner. Which ususally translated into not getting anything done. He wanted to be in on the action. So I put a chair up to the counter so he can see. He is not very helpful, but this keeps him out of trouble so that I can get a meal half way done before Clu gets home.

Haul-a-day

For "Labor" day we went to SG and finally gave my dad his father's day gift. We helped clean up the yard and add a small patio where the dogs dug holes. We had great company and decided that for Mother's and Father's day we are just going to give a day for any project they want done. We get to do it as a family and so it becomes a work party. I didn't get the start of the project but here is the end and a little in between.

Oh are you wondering why I am not out working...
I had a fight with the wheelbarrow and lost! Stiches and swollen leg are the damage, no "hayfever" this time. Max had the job of styaing out of the way and not making a mess. He suceeded (most of the time). Tom was there but left before the camera came out. We missed the girls and Britt (we were so sorry you were sick, hope we get to see you soon)!

Come for a swim

We have a pool in the new house....okay, so the pool came before the house (thanks G&G Snow) but now we have a backyard to put it in. We thought Max might need to be hosed down from all the jam (see previous post). So into the pool he went.
Max wants to share his pool, you are ALL invited over for a swim.

yummmmmmmy!

Jam and bread please (minus the bread). Max was licking the jam off the bread and then throwing the bread, so Clu just handed him the jam. He started dipping just one finger at a time and quickly learned that if you stick all your fingers in you get a lot more.

Watch out Grandpa Snow, Max is coming for your Strawberry Jam.
