I now have a side kick while making dinner. 
Max used to stand by my feet and push me a way from the counter while I made dinner. Which ususally translated into not getting anything done. He wanted to be in on the action. So I put a chair up to the counter so he can see.
He is not very helpful, but this keeps him out of trouble so that I can get a meal half way done before Clu gets home.

So, what's for dinner?? Looks like a great team to me! I say, teach him to cook and you can take the evenings off....
